Location is good.

I booked the hotel specially for work purpose as it’s good location for me, but I was shocked about the service. I called the hotel to ask about parking as it’s says that there is free parking (very important for me ) the answer was honest from the receptionist that there is no parking for the hotel. In check in, the receptionist was kind and trying to help me to find a parking spot close to hotel but can’t find it. Later around 22h00 I came by walking and found free parking spot just front of the hotel. I asked kindly to the night shift receptionist to hold the place for me, he told me don’t worry but run to bring your car, i run like crazy and when I came back 5 min later , the place was taken. I asked the receptionist , he told me I can’t do anything about it it’s not our parking… I took my luggage out and went to other hotel. ( to park close to the hotel it was really important for me to take maximum rest and go directly to work the day after)

My room had the main street view with poor window soundproofing. I couldn't sleep due to the street noise. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, however, mine had poor performance. For a double room only one towel was given, had to ask for another towel. The breakfast is minimalist and can be improved although it is acceptable . The only good thing there is the friendly staff at the reception.

The staff was helpful overall

The room could have had some amenities like a hairdryer. The floor was wet after mopping on check-in
