Amazing family run hotel in the perfect location for exploring Cappadocia and Uchisar. Immaculately clean with generous staff full of local knowledge. Close to everything but peaceful and with amazing views.

Newly opened hotel with fantastic view from rooftop terrace baloons were visible in the mornings. Friendly staff with helpful tipps on tours, late check in & out available, also they offered to keep luggage free of charge. Complinentary tee/coffee & cake upon arrival. Fantastic breakfast on rooftop overlooking the area. Different room categories available also with jacuzzi. Only downside: rooms a bit smelly, however just normal for cave hotels. I brought incense which worked :) I would always recommend staying there again!

We had a wonderful time in Karma Suites! Room with spa bath is really amazing cozy and in my opinion this way to see balloons flight at the sunrise is mostly perfect, even better then the flight itself ))) stuff is very kind people, helped us a lot while our dates occasionally changed! Many thanks and hoping to visit your place once again some time!

- the staff were friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to help us find things to do and make our stay comfortable. - our room was beautiful, super comfy beds and the jacuzzi with a view was something else - this hotel has a nice terrace to have breakfast and watch the balloons from in the morning. The pictures turned out awesome

The staff was very nice and helpful, bringing us everything we needed at any time. The hotel is located in Uçhisar, one of the most touristic places in Cappadocia, so you can go by walk to the castle, for example. The room with the jacuzzi was really nice. The room has a chimney, although we didn't use it, so we don't know if it is working. The jacuzzi is just amazing. With a panoramic view of the city, you can see the balloons flying during the morning from there. The breakfast is also very good, plenty of food with some typical turkish dishes and tea and coffee.

The access by car is quite difficult, plus there is no real parking there for it. Nevertheless, to be fair, I think it is something that happens to every hotel in the area

The hotel has probably one of the most beautiful views from the terrace in Uçhisar. The landscape is astonishing! Also, the breakfast was fantastic and the rooms are very authentic. It’s a unique experience and we really enjoyed our stay.

I like this place so much that I can't say what I liked the most. The room, maybe? I chose the king room with mountain view: it was super clean, quiet, comfortable, big, and with an astounding view. Very nice jacuzzi too, we needed a bit of relax. Or maybe the best part was the amazing breakfast on the terrace? Or could it be the staff? Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They even helped us out when we forgot our wallet in the room before a tour! There's plenty of reasons for us to come back here next time and I'm pretty sure we will!
