Eco Nubia

Une vue exceptionnelle sur le temple de Philae et un restaurant absolument délicieux ,nous avons eu du mal à nous arracher de ce petit morceau de Paradis ! Nous recommandons très chaleureusement

Eco Nubia is the quite a unique stay to my family. There 3 things make it a good choice: 1) located on the island next to the Philae temple. So the manager will help you find boat in and out, where you literally will pass by the amazing temple without extra cost. and when you need boat to get to the temple the manager can help you get a good price without going through the hassle that other people may have in looking for boat after purchase the tickets. 2) the restaurant on the island managed by the lodge is an decent full-service restaurant with great choice of local cuisine. We had our dinner there in the night outdoor close to the water, and our breakfast (included) in the covered area up the hill. It was the best Nubian/Egyptian breakfast since the trip. 3) the rooms are eco , if you hate to be trapped in a room relied on the air conditioner with noise and unnatural airflow, particularly in Aswan’s winter you don’t need one. Being eco means quieter, darker, and more connected to the environment. The lodge provides mosquito nets, none of my family members was bothered by insects except me.

Because of the hill slope, it requires the staff to help you to move the luggage, which makes me feel unreasonable if not tip them.

Wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer (keine Stühle); Bett seitlich leicht abschüssig, sehr geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche

Location and stuff friendly. The idea is good, but it is missing the base.

The room is a joke. The bed was broken, small and hard. The bathroom is ridiculous. The bathtub had a hole and hairs on it. Eco doesn’t mean cheap, especially if you charge 125 usd per night.

Emplacement exceptionnel, n'ayez pas peur pour les transports car c'est une île. Il y a des taxis boat + taxi pour aller à l'aéroport. Nous avons trouvé notre séjour tellement dépaysant avec un personnel d'exception. Le must, la vie directe sur le temple de Philiae avec un son/lumière. Très bon restaurant Nubien. Nous vous conseillons de commander à l'avance.

Le literie est très sommaire et un peu raide.

You always have to take a boot to go to the attractions.

Bellissima solo la posizione anche del ristorante.

Camere troppo spartane e la nostra (economica) con materasso e cuscino di paglia, scomodissimi. Personale scortese e discussione sul prezzo della barca per i templi. Ristorante pessimo, piatto stracotto e freddo, ho dovuto farlo scaldare. Pulito ma non abbastanza.
