How clean and new everything was, the breakfast was better than any hotel I've ever been at.

I used booking to reserve the room, my user name isn't an exact match to my real name an the receptionist tried to change it via her computer, she had zero success. Not that big of a deal just a slight hiccup that could have been avoided

Breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. The variety of food was great. I did not choose to eat the hot meat, eggs or potatoes.

Breakfast was not my favorite part of the stay.

New, clean, well located. Easy to access. Breakfast was very good. Heat was easily controllable.

The bed was extremely hard. Only 3 lamps, and one had no lightbulb. Both clocks were wrong. Tv was hard to use because of the remote. I thought it was strange that housekeepers would not come every day.

Stayed at this property while visiting family in Cincinnati. I arrived considerably before the 4 PM check-in time. Sal, the front desk clerk explained that check-out time had just passed and they were starting to clean rooms. She also told me that some of her housekeeping staff had called in sick. She told me to feel free and set up my computer in the breakfast area. She got me a wifi code, the TV remote, and made certain there was freshly brewed coffee. I don't think I even waited 30 minutes before she called me to the front desk and told me that my room was ready. In spite of being short-handed in the housekeeping department Sal went out of her way to get my room ready early. I travel for business every other week. For the most part I see good customer service, but it is rare when I see someone go that extra mile. I was concerned that my room would have been cleaned hurriedly, but when I got to my room I found that it had been cleaned very thoroughly. It was obvious the floor had been vacuumed, the bed was made neatly, there were plenty of towels, and most importantly there was plenty of regular coffee for the in-room coffee maker. I ran into several other staff members in the lobby, and they were all friendly and engaging. I asked and the property is about 3 years old. It still looks brand new. Based on the great customer service and the cleanliness of the property I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Despite arriving later from an out-of-town work trip for a next-day funeral, the front desk staff (specifically Latisha) displayed a complete lack of compassion and flexibility. My wife attempted to check in at 4 PM, but was denied access to our pre-booked room. This forced us to cancel our original (friend /family) reservation and rebook under different terms just to secure 4PM check-in accommodations. The inflexible policy enforcement during what should have been a compassionate bereavement situation was both disrespectful and unprofessional. Thank you!! Hampton! Diamond Hilton Member!

I really liked it was clean, the room itself and general area. The bed was comfy, it was warm and cozy. Breakfast was above average I would say for this price, very nice waffles, fruit, bread, etc. The staff was really nice and kind.
