There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. Reservation accommodations were not honored. The room was extremely small. There were no rugs (in a very snowy town), no lamp, refrigerator was rusted with no shelves. Wifi was not provided. Due to the location (on the Canadian border), there was no phone service at all. The water was unusable and smelled like sewer. There was black sediment coming out in the water, the toilet bowl was covered in black sediment. The front desk was not manned and you were not able to call. The staff member was rude, condescending and uncooperative. To date, deposit has not been refunded. Was not able to stay at the property.

Did not match photos. All rooms not available. Was not given the room we booked and was told it was available when it has been closed for renovations. No restaurant or bar as advertised. Very run down. Was accused of stealing a hand towel and charged $20.

At 130 in the morning, the front desk clerk wakes me up from a dead sleep to try to get me

The bed was comfortable. the sheets were clean and soft but that’s where the Pros end.

We checked in late, about 10, and had arranged for a late check in which meant our room was left unlocked with our keys inside. this is fine but it means the 24hr front desk claim is false. when we walked into our room, the bed was not made, there was knocked over furniture all around the room and low and behold…. a CAT ran out of the room. my boyfriend is allergic to cats so naturally we couldn’t stay there. we went to the lobby to try and find a assistance but it was abandoned. the facilities were worn, broken, and dated. I had to go through a long phone tree to get to the general manager to explain the situation. He was very kind and moved us to a cleaner room, not cat. We were offered no compensation. I appreciated the move but the new room was still bad. There was a dirty tissue crumpled up on the bathroom floor. It wasn’t worth the fight so we gave up and went to bed. The staff was exceedingly friendly but the experience we had was unacceptable.

Dated, next to impossible to find, tiny, No signable, checkin was in dark building with no lights outside and door locked, water was sulfur, We had family Emergency check out after ONE night. Very disappointed.

This property is not ready for people. It has no restaurant, bar or way to enjoy the water. Property is falling apart and the host was anything but welcoming. Worst and most falsely advertised booking I’ve ever done on Orbitz.

Very clean, friendly staff but the buildings definitely needs some repairs, also would be awesome to see the restaurant and lounge back up and running.
