Town Centre Location with Stunning View - Unit 1

This property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for our week stay! The manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms had great heating and were very warm. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linen and hanging space. The washing machine and dryer was also very handy and appreciated.

The parking was a little tricky at times due to the number of vehicles parked outside units, but it was only a very minor concern.

Fabulous central location with beautiful views, although need to go up one of the steepest streets in Queenstown. Spacious, very comfortable for a family of five. Great spot to explore the town.

Parking was a little tight, beds and pillows were a touch too firm.

The plug is the showers is loose under your feet.

A car is definitely a must for this accommodation as it's up a steep hill. However, the view is worth it. There are 2 stairs within the house so please note that for those with lots of luggage or mobility issues. Most of everything is provided for except for clothes detergent which we had to buy.

The view of Queenstown from the living room and the upstairs front bedroom is amazing. Beds were comfortable. The flat is spacious and Kitchen was well equipped. Although no milk was provided.

The living room couch/ sofa was unusable because the padding has worn down so much you can feel the frame and springs. The owner has offer to provide blankets to put over it, but for a ‘luxury’ accommodation, I felt that was really disappointing. Also don’t underestimate the steepness of the hill to the flat! Part of the reason we chose this place was so we can walk into town, but if you have members of the group who aren’t the fittest you might end up driving anyway. That’s the price you pay for getting a great view though!

The shower did not drain properly, so filled up with water while showering and took about half an hour to drain. Also the couch in the lounge is not at all comfy, a bit broken, hard and lumpy

The view was incredible, from the master bedroom and the living room. Excellent facilities- all kitchen supplies, tea, coffee and very comfy beds. The staff were very communicative and consistently messaged every day during the stay to check we were ok and if we needed anything.

Not the properties fault (as you wouldn’t get the view without it) - but the roads up to the property are VERY steep hills, which involves a challenging 15 min, very uphill walk if you don’t have a car. Parking can be difficult to navigate if the nearby properties are full as the shared driveway is pretty narrow. The floor did have some bits on, could have done with a little more thorough vaccum, the sofa is really quite uncomfortable and having to time showers to ration hot water can be a little inconvenient with a full house. But other than those minor things the property was amazing.
