The hotel give us an upgrade which was lovely, the pool and Spa was great and the hotel is obviously just opened because it's spotless.

The Breakfast wasn't great, you need to invest in a new coffee machine. The food in the bar is terrible and my wife phoned down for a wine glass to be brought up to the room and they refused. First time that's ever happened.

The quietness in the room to sleep well. Upgrade to a sea view. They cooked omelette for me that was not in the menu. Aubergines, eggplants and cherry tomatoes are perfectly grilled - just amazing. The quality and cleanliness of towels just wow. Very friendly stuff!!!

The carpet in the room is not so fresh anymore. The variety of tea could be more reach for this price, not like black and green. Trash can cover is with a dent. Shower head had issue where it’s close to the shower hose the water is spread all around. The floor of the balcony by the pool is uneven, parquet parts are messy so I needed to give efforts to avoid getting caught on protruding parts. Steam room was under construction. In hammam the main platform in the model had a smell of other people so it was not clean. The smell of urine in the shower right by the hammam. The rest room is dark and tiny, not cozy at all, pretty claustrophobic and no drinks except a few 0,5 plastic bottles of water. The music pretty loud and not relaxing. In a changing room - the shower drain is clogged and there is an unpleasant smell. Something wrong was with a lentil soup, pretty much of tomato past kind of that I could not taste lentils. Also some peppers were not grilled properly that the skin could be easily peeled off, almost raw. In general I felt pretty anxious I suppose cause of inside construction and logistics.

I am a regular at the spa. It has a fine view of the Black Sea. The sky-light roof over the pool gives a grand view of the Coutyard Marriott touring above. The pool is big enough for laps. The whole spa is kept clean, and the staff are friendly. I especially like the steam room and the sauna, followed by an icy shower. The gymn seems to be a favorite, and it looks out over the pool.

Very good place, very good service and stuff,especially DAVID, Best bartender I ever meet… just order him some cocktails from your taste and trust him…
