Cold water for showers Advertised as with a balcony, but the rooms have this 1mtr x 1mtr balcony---false advertising No rear video surveillance of hotel

No breakfast and tv in the room did not work

Location was great, area of convenience as I had no car. But I couldn’t stay at Ayr Hotel as it had stairs n I can’t do stairs especially with a 20 kilo suitcase, an overnight bag n tray of damper my sister had baked for the funeral.

The receptionist, Troy was quick to find me another accomm n will transfer the money over. That didn’t occur.

Sheets were clean. Beds had springs. Ants in kettle. Aircon worked well but was very very loud. No food available at the hotel but a nice Chinese restaurant next door. Showers and toilets needed a good clean.

On arrival no toilet paper in any toilets, only 1 of the toilets and showers were working, no hot water. Room had tea and coffee but no jug. Windows would not shut properly.

Kitchen not working - No dining Only one shower and Toilet working in the shared bathroom for all the guests

I believe the hotel was in the renovation stage and some of the stuff were eye sore

No hot water as well as no heads up for any of the inconvenience. No wifi even tho stated with wifi. Room was filthy with dirt and crumbs on the bed and used sheets and towels on the ground. Absolutely appalled and disgusting for the price I had to pay so I expect my money back and I hope they respond fast before I send the review everywhere.
