Vols pour Lifou annulé et aucune compréhension de l’équipe pour nous rembourser ou nous proposer une autre date de séjour. L’équipe de gestion a été très mauvaise dans sa communication. Ne recommande pas du tout

L’établissement nous a facturé 2 nuits sans que nous puissions en profiter à cause des blocages. Aucun remboursement, même partiel, sous prétexte que nous avions une formule « non remboursable ». Vous devez donc vous débrouiller financièrement pour assurer des doubles nuitées. Les touristes, pourtant sources de revenus, peuvent perdre leur argent, c’est pas grave. Et bien dans ce cas, nous ne remettrons plus les pieds en NC, très très dommage car les terres sont belles et les plages paradisiaques. N’y aller pas, ou réservez vraiment en toute toute dernière minute…
