"Disgusting customer service. Unsafe property. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

Nothing, the property was unsafe and nearly killed me & my family. The property in general is very run down and needs sorting out.

Everything - customer service is shocking, they take no responsibility for the severity of what happened. They ignore all contact make from myself and booking.com

"Clean, comfy and great location"

Spacious, clean and very comfy stay.

Shower is pretty pathetic. In need of a power shower installing. Also upstairs flush makes the pipes makes such a loud noise it needs to be fixed.

This is an ideal house for visiting this area of wales ideally positioned for all the main routes and with plenty of facilities nearby. The house is very clean modern and provides for your every need a big thank you from us all we will be back again x
