Die Maisonette die wir als Upgrade bekommen haben, ist ein riesiges appartment und wir haben uns riesig gefreut die Gastfreundschaft und gute Stimmung der Unterkunft zu genießen.

Die Unterkunft hat kein Mangel zu zeigen da das Personal an alle Details, bis zu der künstlerische Raumgestaltung, sich gekümmert hat!

Personnels réactifs et compréhensifs. Il nous sera proposé la suite avec spa pour une nuit. Un agent d’entretien tous les jours pour venir faire le ménage (pas pour autant que le logement ait été bien nettoyé…). Ainsi qu’une location de vélo gratuite. Sinon c’est un beau logement, typique.

Chambre très sale à notre arrivée, je ne pense pas que le ménage ait été effectué (mis à part le lit..). Cela m’a littéralement rendu malade (étant allergique aux acariens). Impossible de dormir de ce fait. Sol très sale, des flacons de gel douche vide en dessous de l’évier, les poêles et ustensiles très sales également. Nous avons pris ce logement pour pouvoir y cuisiner, au vue de l’hygiène de celui-ci, nous n’avons bien évidement jamais cuisiné. La salle de bain est TRÈS petite. Le toilette est littéralement collé à la douche. Très décevant pour le prix que j’ai payé… /!\ Pas du tout adapté pour des personnes en situation de handicap.

Le camere sono ricavate all'interno del castello Veneziano di Emporio; il risultato sono camere esteticamente molto belle e particolari. Il castello si trova sopra una collina rialzata da cui si gode di un bel panorama sull'ambiente circostante. Si arriva alla struttura da piccoli viali, spesso gradinati, che passano all'interno del borgo; i gradini per accedere alle camere sono stretti e e abbastanza ripidi. Note da tenere in conto, specialmente se si viaggia con bagagli ingombranti. Emporio è un borgo tranquillissimo, lontano anni luce dal caos dei paesi più gettonati dell'isola. Nella struttura il silenzio regna sovrano. Molto gentile il ragazzo che ci ha accolto e ci ha spiegato la storia del castello e dell'Isola.

This was by far the kindest host we have ever met! We had lots of questions and requests, and he always replied immediately and was more than happy to help with everything. We truly felt cared for. The place itself is absolutely magical - the view is breathtaking and the atmosphere makes it so easy to relax and forget about everyday life. Everything was clean, well-prepared, and arranged with great attention to detail. It’s the perfect spot both for a romantic getaway and for a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle. We highly recommend it - and we will definitely come back!
