Kora Green City - Aparthotel Passivhaus

Very friendly staff. A lovely location. Nice aesthetics and good design. Also very good value.

If you've never been to the city getting to the hotel and it's basically underground de facto parking garage can be a bit tricky.

Hola, pués la verdad es que me gustó mucho tanto el trato de el personal como lo agusto que estuve sin que nada ni nadie me molestara.

Pues aunque no tengo quejas de nada Ya que soy fumador me hubiese gustado poder fumar al menos en el balcón en vez de tener que salir a la calle pero respeto las normas Y me aguanto aunque me fastidia.

Molt tecnològic tot, amb la història del Passivhaus. No és algo que m`interessi lo més mínim.

Pel preu que hem pagat, no posar l`esmorzar és quasi un atracament.

Nieuw hotel van alle gemakken voorzien. Met een zwembadje op het dakterras. Pal naast een parkeergarage waar onze huurauto comfortabel konden stallen.

Het was niet de binnenstad zodat we wel een eindje moesten lopen bij leuke restaurantjes te komen.

They claim to not have air con because they are eco friendly, however the system they have does not work and the “staff reprimand “ you if you open the windows. We were there in over 30 degree heat and it was stifling. There is no fan in the bathroom so the steam adds to the issue. When we spoke to reception the lady told us it was cooler as she had put on a cardigan 🤷‍♀️. We were also supposed to check in at 3pm but when we hadn’t received any info by 4.30 we just showed up. The lady who served us just shrugged her shoulders… no care

Destaco a disponibilidade, o profissionalismo e a simpatia dos funcionários, que contribuíram positivamente para a estadia.

A resolução do problema com o Wi-Fi deveria ter sido mais célere, nomeadamente com maior prontidão na assistência (reforço do suporte técnico). Ainda assim, destaco a disponibilidade e o empenho dos funcionários da receção na tentativa de encontrar soluções.
