The room was not cleaned properly and had a very bad smell. Due to these poor conditions, I had to check out earlier than planned. I kindly request that you do not promote or list such rooms on your website, as it causes inconvenience and disappointment to guests. Bathroom not clean, shower not working, flush tank not working, wash basin tap was just a trickle. Walls were dirty. The fan was full of dust. Door mat looked horrible.
