Clean room comfortable bed

There were so much noise and extremely chaotic from the room upstairs. We could not sleep all night, It was really terrible !

We reicieved a last minute cancellation for this reservation. We had selected pay at the property, and a couple of hours before checking in, our reservation was cancelled because they couldnt charge our credit card (when we had previously selected . No prior information on this policy was given. We arrived to the hotel tired after many hours of driving, with nowhere to stay. This may be a Booking.com issue, but it was still not at all managed how it should be expected.

Reception area and the staff.

Room was not clean, with ants parading on the floor and straight into my slippers. Curtains in the room where dirty, some big dark red-brown stains(hope it wasnt blood). Walls were dirty. Bed was uncomfortable and not the cleanest, as I started scratching after a few hours. Breakfast was more than dissapointing, I would call it disgusting. Been to 2 star hotels with better breakfast. There was nothing of 5 stars in this hotel. Nothing. Dont be fooled by the reviews and the prices.

Отель зря дорисовал себе 5-ую звезду. Крепкий 4-звездочник. Сильные стороны - отдельное здание SPA (с небольшим тренажерным залом и бассейном), хорошая шведская линия на завтраке, свой ресторан и бар.

Слабые стороны - местоположение чуть в стороне от центра (минут 10-15 пешком). Рядом только полузаброшенный жд.вокзал Кутаиси. Мебель и интерьер в номерах устали от жизни и точно не тянут на 5*.

Good price-value ratio; sauna was the best. In walking distance from city center. Dont expect 5*, but in this range I would recommend. Breakfast was also good for us.

Our room was facing to the stairs, where there was always some kind of loud gatherings till late night. AC was not in cooling mode yet, so sleep was a challange with windows open. We ordered the hotel airport transfer - driver had no change, which was a dissappointment,
