Wonderful property if in the Royal Gorge area would definitely stay there again. Very clean, streamlined modern decor.. you have your own private patio area with awesome views out the back…

Very clean. Full sized fridge. Each room had an air conditioner on the ceiling, easily operated with a remote. Super cute, minimalist decor.

We had a great stay here. The place was updated, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The shower had very hot water, which was great after a long day. The private patio included a fire pit and patio heater. The view was relaxing. We would highly recommend this place.

Spacious, pleasant, well-equipped,vlean, and comfortable. Hosts nice and helpful but contactless for the most part. Lighting in some rooms and AC remote-controlled and were difficult to use. This place was a good find.

Owners on site and incredibly responsive/helpful. Within 5 minutes of asked about extra soap, trash, and local areas owner was over with the items and heaps of helpful information. 1/2 to Royal Gorge, about 40 minutes to Shelf Road, about 10 minutes to town, within about 8 minutes from 3 river access locations. 10/10 stay!

There was a mixup with our reservation and instead of letting us fend for ourselves, the owners were kind enough to accommodate us. The place was beautiful inside and out and well-worth the five stars!

I had a great stay with Little Canyon Inn. Our favourite was walking around the property with a cup of coffee in the morning and sharing a glass of wine at the fireplace in the evening. Thanks Adam for being so helpful and friendly.
