Saganaga Lodge

The location of the property is great. We took one of the lodge's canoes out daily, which was an amazing bonus and experience. In the shared common room/kitchen, there are ample games and puzzles. The room has an air conditioner should the weather warrant it. If you have a pet, the rooms are pet friendly. We had a really good stay. Why not five stars? There is a boat landing adjacent to the property, which brings some vehicles in the early mornings. The rooms are pet friendly.

I enjoyed the canoes and life jackets for guest use, the mini fridge, and the view of the lake.

It was a wonderful place, beautiful location. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Our family gad a great time canoeing, fishing and hiking.

Jessica was very responsive and friendly. The room was clean. Kitchen facilities were great. Was extremely disappointed to see that the hot tub was covered up with a sign that said for private use only, as the hot tub was a major draw in booking the stay.

Seclusion gorgeous North woods scenery

The property is perfectly located to the BWCA. Can't get much closer. Pleasantly surprised with the hiking options nearby.

So quiet and peaceful with great amenities and attendants

Cozy, clean, peaceful. Booked a weekend to do some fishing, we didn’t purchase a guide service but the staff was still incredibly friendly and helpful.
