I liked the location, that was very close to downtown and the value.

The internet and tv was difficult to use

LES PAGUE EN EFECTIVO Y ME REGRESARON EL DINERO ALEGANDO QUE NO TENIAN CAMBIO DE $500 PESOS, LITERAL ME QUEDE PARADO ESPERANDO QUE SOLUCION IBAN A DAR, PERO NO QUE ELLOS QUERIAN EL IMPORTE EXACTO QUE SALIERA A BUSCAR CAMBIO, DESPUES DE UN VIAJE DE CARRETERA DE MAS DE 8 HRS, NETA QUE PESIMA ATENCION AL CLIENTE.

We liked the location of the place. The room was clean and the employees were very nice.

They did not have any water available in the rooms nor a glass. We also did not have a warm shower during our stay.
