Coach House Motel 20 km East Terrace Bay

This motel is very outdated but our room was spotless. Amenities were bare bones - shampoo only & one towel per person. There is nothing nearby for miles. The staff was kind enough to send a message letting us know there are no restaurants close by. I would stay here again.

Very clean, comfortable beds. Fridgewas a good size. Pretty landscape.

Like the properry lanscaping. Easy parking. Beds were only double. Poor internet.

Nice older hotel, owner was very friendly, room was clean, beds good and good size bathroom. No nearby restaurants and decor is dated.

This is a classic roadside motel that's kept all the retro touches and has been lovingly kept in great shape. Think "Schitt's Creek", but with a British flare. The rooms are clean, everything works great, the staff is very friendly, and the gardens are beautiful. The only reason I went with 4 stars is that the mattresses are very stiff which was hard on my back, but if you like a firm mattress you'll be fine. Bonus: get a picture the old Bell telephone box!

It is a great motel to make a stop when traveling the beautiful Hwy 17 in Ontario, north of Lake Superior. Quiet, comfortable, reasonably priced. Very nice experience.
