Coach House Motel 20 km East Terrace Bay

Impeccably clean and well-maintained, the on-site owners stay on top of things here and it shows. Location was convenient enough for a full day of hikes at Terrace Bay, Aguasabin and Rainbow Falls and Ney’s Provincial Park.

Great staff but the building is extremely old and smells of moth balls. Gross shag carpet from the 70’s, bathroom updated. Beds old and springs poked me all night. Overpriced for what it is.

Nice north of Superior option for a 1 night layover as you drive the TransCanada.

There was evident pride in the care for the Motel and property.

On my road trip across Canada from Lake Superior to Montreal I have tried to stay in mostly small family-run motels. The Coach House Morel was one of the best. Run by a wonderful family, with a cute precocious pre-schooler to welcome you, it was truly a delight. Nothing fancy, your basis roadside motel, but very clean and well-maintained. You can tell they care about their property. It was a nice quiet oasis on my journey, a place I would happily stay at again.

Convenient along highway, but also some road noise, although low traffic. Dated but very well maintained. Comfortable. All i needed for my 1 night stop. Very friendly owner.

Coach House Motel is located just outside of Terrace Bay. The owners, Judy and Eli, are wonderful hosts, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It's a nice place for night sleep. Everything is good and clean. Car parking is in front of the room.

Super cute inn. Very well maintained, clean, smelt fresh. The property was gorgeous, directly across from a lake. Exactly as shown in photos. Very clean, very kind service. Mini fridge was in room, tv, good water pressure in the shower. Wifi was great, parking was easy. Was quiet. Stayed for one night on trip across Canada, would totally stay here again.
