Négatif : Au début, on m'a expliqué que la réservation avec expedia ne s'appliquait pas et on m'a demandé 200 € de plus - cela devait être pris en charge par Expedia ou leur assurance de remboursement. En tant que client, on a le sentiment d'être trompé par Expedia ou par l'hôtel.
