Bed was comfy and room was very spacious. Staff are friendly and provide you with a thermos of hot water for your tea. There is a cooler with water and drinks in reception area - and they don't over charge for these items.

The hotel was far from the main area of Cusco and with the altitude, it makes it very difficult to walk especially up hill. You can walk to the main square and will take you about 20mins but coming back you will need to take taxi - around 10-20 sols. The breakfast could be better - would opt out and go out but there are no other options around for breakfast.

At arrival we met John, who is a true asset to the Ayni team!!! Coca tea was made while our paperwork was completed, then we had a carafe of hot water, bottled water and chocolates were sent to our room. Room clean and comfortable, everything is new. Breakfast first day was made to order, second was buffet. The only drawback for us was that it was father from the city centre and needed a taxi to meet with friends.

As a solo female traveler I felt really safe and taken care of here. The staff were very kind and helpful!

Nice views of Cusco from Hotel. Breakfast options were pretty good. Restaurant meals were great - we had dinner in the restaurant several nights. Freddie the waiter was super lovely, friendly and helpful and the meals were delicious. Short 15 minute walk into the centre of Cusco.

A little noisy - our room was on the second floor. It was a little noisy as it was on the same floor as the restaurant and also above the entrance / street to the hotel. Too bright at night time - there was a small window above the door to our room. At night, the light from the hallway would light up our room.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The restaurant meals were delicious & our waiter Freddie was super friendly and helpful.

Our room was on level 2 which was a little loud as it was the same floor as the restaurant.
