The lack of breakfast

A spacious, very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location for people looking for peace and quiet. The hotel is on the Coson beach which is beautiful. It is a 3 km walk on the beach to playa Bonita. The place is very private and quiet. It is just a short drive from Las Terrenas. There is a very useful booklet left in the apartment with all the necessary information. Also Genaro, who is in charge of the rental, is super helpful, attentive and flexible. Always ready to answet any question or give advice . All the cold drinks and welcome coffee was a nice touch. There are two restaurants in the hotel but we chose to eat in Las Terreras (the selection of food was not the greatest, there were some good dishes though). There are two pools (one adult only) at the hotel but they are never crowded.

The kitchen equipment was very basic and quite worn out. Some pieces should definitely be replaced. Also a coffee brewer could be bigger or there should be a pad so it wasn't so unstable on the stove. We also thought that it would be super helpful if there was some washing up liquid, a sponge and a tea towel provided. The jacuzzi wasn't cleaned well when we wanted to use it (not a big deal, we just wanted to try it out) But, in truth, these are really just details. All in all, we definitely recommend the stay in this apartment.
