Las Jaras Aguas Termales

Fue horrible me dejaron sin habitación, llame temprano y me confirmaron que si tenian mi reserva, al llegar se escudaron que me mandaron mensaje diciéndome que habia sido un error. No me dieron ni acceso al wifi para mostrales que tenia la reservation confirmada. En ese lugar no hay señal tuve que viajar a otro lugar para conseguir donde dormir , llamo a expedia para hacer la reclamación y ellos no fueron notificados de la cancelación

Muy amable y atento el personal, super relajante , como es esperado, solo un poco más dinámica la entrada a la habitación y uni botella de agua si se pudiera de cortesía ya que no hay ninguna cortesía en la habitación.

Las nuevas instalaciones están de lujo! Es mi lugar favorito para relajarme y desconectarme! Cuidan mucho el ruido y el respeto de las áreas de descanso! El restaurante, delicioso!

Todo me gustó! En el restaurante sería perfecto si tuvieran mejor selección de postres.

The hotel is great, very clean and very friendly workers, had breakfast lunch and dinner there and it was absolutely delicious. I arrived there Thursday afternoon and slept great and everything until the following night. The only issue I had was that on Friday night, it was not quiet at all, some people arrived at 1 am making as much noise as possible not letting me or my partner sleep, they continued to make tons of loud noises including loud music until 5 am. It wasn’t the workers, the workers are very mindful and nice. My assumption is it was a family member of the owner because that group had no regards for anyone else staying at the hotel. They even parked all the way inside where cars aren’t supposed to go in .

Everything was excellent the food was really good. The pools are clean. I have a really relaxing time.

Habia unas chicas colombianas con ropa muy inapropiada, comportamiento soez y fumando marihuana
