Absolutely nothing. They stole our money.

We had a health and safety issue that was not resolved. This is the worst experience I have ever had on this platform. I travel monthly and stay at thousands of places. The room reaked of cigarettes and my partner is allergic. We let them know on WhatsApp and they did nothing and did not reply to us. It was self check in and there was no staff member to help us. We contacted booking.com who are helping us resolve the matter. We were forced to leave the accommodation and book another place as they had no other clean rooms for us to stay in. They did not acknowledge the smell and refused to refund us. Honestly this is the worst place I’ve ever ever been to. It ruined the final day of our holiday.

Room was ok.

Shower don’t stay hot for very long.

Camera molto pulita, moderna, nuova. Doccia grande con acqua calda e abbondante. Caffè offerto in camera. Staff che risponde su what s app subito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Istruzioni di check in un po’ arzigogolate. Odore un po’ stantio al nostro arrivo. Condizionatore a 22 gradi ma io preferisco la temperatura ambiente. Nessuno staff.

Czystość! Pleśń. Unikajcie że względu na zdrowie. Okropny kaszel po nocy tam który przechodził po wyjściu na ulicę Straszna wilgotność i smród pleśni, łazienka Brudna a okno w czasie deszczu nieszczelne do tego stopnia że woda wlewała się przez zamknięte okno do środka. Na ścianach i suficie pleśń , niedoróbki i brak estetyki

Locația a fost foarte curată, amplasat aproape de apă și de stația de autobuz. Zilnic ni s-a făcut curat în cameră și au fost schimbate prosoapele.

Colacul de la toaletă era crăpat. Acesta a fost singurul disconfort.
