Guests arriving after midnight should call the hostel in advance, between 09:00 and 18:00 to arrange entry and check-in. Reception hours are from 8:00 to 00:00 (8am - midnight). If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please email the hostel on dundeebackpackershostel@gmail.com. Full payment will be taken at this time, and instructions regarding collection of keys and location of rooms will be emailed to you. Please note that the hostel will charge a 3% fee for non-European Economic Area (EEA) cards.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Emplacement très bien, dommage qu'il y ait autant de bruits la nuit dans la rue car qd on dort la fenêtre ouverte c'est justement compliqué de dormir ! Personnel accueillant

Les casiers ne pouvaient être fermés car j'avais pris un cadenas fin alors qu'il en aurait fallu un large... C'est gênant. Matelas trop mou à mon goût.

No breakfast. Central location excellent.

No plug in washbasin. No grab rail or nonslip mat in shower. Bathroom light automatic control idiosyncratic.

Probably the cleanest hostel I have ever been to, central location, friendly staff. Light and USB charging outlet by the bed, in my single room, was even a towel provided.
