Friendly staff

The staff were lovely, being on bottom floor meant easy access to the kitchen, free washing machine (just need detergent), dishwasher, cold and hot water dispensers, clean bathrooms with toilets, sinks and showers all in one lockable room for privacy, towels can be borrowed with a deposit of 10zl cash only, location was pretty solid, comfy sofas in the common area. We were given the option to change rooms partway through our stay to a room with air con but ended up not doing it because the basement room grew on us. Hostel was usually quite empty, at least in the basement level, which was great for us because we like our space.

We were put in the basement where the WiFi was shockingly slow (no data either) and there was no air con, which was bad luck in the hottest few days of the year. Fortunately we were allowed to open the door to the patio but it did feel a bit skits doing that in case someone walked in. Patio wasn't very great honestly, nobody really used it. Noise wasn't terrible through the walls but it does travel vertically. We were playing music pretty quietly and upstairs had to come down and ask us to turn it down still, and we could hear them pretty well too. No shower gel or shampoo, pretty standard, but hand soap was always fully stocked. The floor was very hard in the basement, so definitely don't knock over any cups or they'll smash instantly. No table provided. I make it sound bad but overall definitely a more positive than negative experience.

It was easy to check in and very clean with friendly staff.

Very confortable, clean, spacious, safe and peacefull. Other hostels may look more central but lack the confort and quality of service. Big confortable beds, natural light, spacious rooms, hot showers, big kitchen, garden, lockers, etc. Old town and train station are 10 min walk.

Beds were very comfy. Showers, kitchen, location, all great
