Excellent place for breakfast with beautiful nature view

TV channels are not working

I like the hotel as the staff were really cooperative and helpful. Whenever they were called for help they replied instantly. The food was tasty and whenever there was a problem they compensated it very well. The hotel is at nice location and there was a beautiful walking road outside. The rooms were big but the quality of wooden work is very average.

There was no mini bar or tea/coffee provided in the room. On asking they provided. TV was not working as they told there was a problem with dish which was not sorted during our stay. The electricity back up was not effective as almost all night there was no electricity and ups and generator back up did not replace it well. Internet and wifi speed was really slow probably there were too many users of same net. Intercom in the room was not working most of the time so we contacted the staff on their personal mobile numbers. Windows were not double glazed and there was significant noise outside sometimes. The hotel is atleast 20 km away from Nathia Gali. There is no lift in the hotel.

Very kind staff

The staff was exceptionally cooperative, the room was comfortably spacious, and the rates were incredibly affordable. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious, fresh food with a wonderful taste, all while taking in the breathtaking view. I highly recommend visiting this hotel at least once

I liked everything

Location is away from the buzzing of Nathiagali. Roof top with a scenic view is an excellent place to take breakfast and dinner. Food is a very good specially the BBQ. If you are ready to compromise on a five star luxury and want to have peaceful few days, then this is an ideal setup

We like the view n location

There were a group of sixty people in the hotel n all the staff including general manager was in buzy in serving them we paid 23500 for one night but all the time we heard sir we have group let us entertain them first we order dinner firstly the server said that u will get ur order in 45 minutes but after a min he came back n said sir we have group we preparing their food ur order will be late he said it will take 1 hour 15 mins then we went to nathiagali for dinner it was 23 kms from the hotel one side n breakfast was the pathetic cups were broken n tea was bad very bad and at the timw of checkout when said all these things to general manager he start yelling us n saying to other people they are doing this to not pay the bill which we have already paid at the end view is perfect but the staff n management n service below average i dont recommend anyone infact one family left the hotel after seeing our issue
