Loved the gym and the room. Overall a great place to come back to after walking all those many hills of Porto 😁

Good overall. Could have less decorative vases so we had more space for our things! Hahaha!

Das Frühstück war leider im Verhältnis zu dem tollen Aufenthalt nicht gut. Die Portionen waren sehr minimalistisch, es hat nicht gut geschmeckt und das Obst war denke ich vom Vortag, da die Banane und Apfel schon braun waren…also im Verhältnis zu dieser tollen Unterkunft leider sehr schlechtes Frühstück, für 20€ einfach zu teuer.

José and the two Ines are great. After I have moved to a different Deluxe Duplex, I could enjoy a nice view.

I spent a total of 3 nights and paid 600€. The first so-called deluxe room was very dusty and the air-conditioning was broken, so I was not able to sleep the whole night because it was super hot. Furthermore, the smell was very musty, probably coming from not maintained horrible air-conditioning units, which are most likely moldy inside. The windows were all super dirty, and I had to ask them to be cleaned. Very small TV and the remote had to be changed three times till everything finally worked. It’s ridiculous for room of this price. The staircase has no railings so if you fall, you will seriously hurt or maybe even die. The room is not 65m² big it’s 50m² at best! The hotel management was not willing to in any way compensate me for the extreme inconvenience of not sleeping well in the 30° hot bedroom. It ruined a whole night and also the day after. This level of ignorance and arrogance is truly mind blowing to me and only possible because of the hype around Porto. While the three people mentioned on location are great, their management is an absolute disgrace. Shame on you!

The two bedroom apartment was well decorated and cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - although the selection was small, it had everything we wanted.

The location was not as central as we would like. And there was no safe in the room.

It’s very special. So tranquil and beautiful.
