Nothing compare to other Treebo Hotel.

Payment was not as per Booking ammount . Additional asking extra 2 % charges for credit card uses which was I never seen any hotel. Amenities not offer which was I selected while booking by adding extra cost. No room service as per other treebo hotel there we get by default water bottle tea making complimentary kit .here we need to collect from counter even they not deliver water bottle. Staff is rude in speaking if complained them they they said whatever you want you should say we will provide will not do as per treebo standard. Used bedsheets provided

Room not like pics. It was totally different. Not even tissues available in toilet or room. Washroom is not clean. No complementary or coffee also is not available only water is there. Staff is arrogant behaviour.

There was nothing to like in this property, photos are deceptive.

The hotel is on the 1st and 2nd floor but there's no escalator.

The rooms were clean. Had some issue with the bathroom so they changed the room and gave another one.

I came out alive of staying there for just over a week. That's a big positive. Bed was of acceptable standard, wifi worked as did the hot water facility and AC.

Breakfast - Dining room picture shows the state of the whole thing. A single table where any random guest sits in front of you, even their own staff. The food itself and the serving was comparable to what I'd get at a hospital. I didn't even consider going into the 'gym' so I can't comment on it. Last day breakfast was late by half an hour even after being promised twice at the time that it would only be '5 minutes' - you have to ask for the breakfast it as it's not a standard buffet. Location - False advertising at the time I had booked this hotel. They showed the picture of Treebo Eagle Executive on their page and also the incorrect map, even though the postal address was correct. I didn't know the area that well otherwise I would have realised that the hotel would be 4kms away from where I needed to be daily and hence paid extra in travel everyday. That is effectively DECEPTION. Unfortunately I didn't keep any screenshots at the time of booking as I had no idea it would be that bad. Not near any local amenities, hidden away in a makeshift residential apartment. Facilities - No toilet paper. After 3 times of asking the best they could come up with was a pack of serviettes. TV channels stopped working after a few days but not a major issue. No tea and coffee making facilities, or even a kettle, in the room. Service - Some aspects mildly positive, but not enough to bump up the overall rating. Had made a simple request about accommodation for guests but after being promised that they would call me later in the day to confirm I did not hear back from them at any point during my stay. Mostly indifferent staff, at other times just creepy.
