This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. After needing to call for clarification, we were given a separate address that led us to the same location. There is no parking at the actual hotel because of construction. You have to park down the road. I asked at check in why they did not address this on their site or in communications. They said if we had reserved through them, they would have, but because we reserved through Expedia, "We don't choose to." The hotel is incredibly run down. The room was awful. Everything looked dirty. They give you pachaged sheets and towels (yes, you get the pleasure of bothmaking AND unmaking your own "bed"), many of which were either dirty or had permanent staining. The mattresses, furniture, etc. were all clearly from the hotel's inception probably 50 years ago. Just imagine what those "mattresses" have seen. You get flat sheets to throw over said mattresses. The mattresses might as well be from the days when they were filled with straw they were so hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom sink sprayed you with water when turned on and the shower had drainage issues. The walls were thin. We could hear those around us. There were black beetles on the floor. They charged us 2x for one payment

Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser de commentaires, mais j’aimerais vraiment éviter que d’autres personnes se retrouvent dans la situation dans laquelle nous avons été. À notre arrivée, le chauffe-eau était éteint et nous n’avons ainsi pas eu la possibilité de prendre de douche après une journée de randonnée avec notre petite fille de trois ans. De plus, l’eau du robinet était marron. La nuit ensuite était plutôt chaotique dans la mesure où nous entendions les personnes des chambres voisines, comme si nous la partagions avec eux.
