"Very Bad - Treebo / Hotel cancelled our booking without informing us and allotted to some one."

Noting

They cancelled the booking without informing us. Infront of them, we called to "booking.com" customer support and we were getting audio response as booking confirmed but their system was not showing booking. They were not having rooms to provide us. After a long travel with family, we were forced to search another hotel in late evening. I should not have booked at this hotel - Treebo.

Nothing is good .....except for the location...

First they gave us room which is very dirty. Then I asked to change the room the bed has blood stains.then at third room also dirty. Linen look too bad Condition. Corider is full of dust. Wifi not working. TV not working. Kettle not working.night lamps not working.everything in very pathetic Condition. We also paid for breakfast. After asking for several times they arranged some poha.which is not good....overall very bad experience...
