"It was fair, but for the price there should’ve been more."

We did like the location, a lot of things were within walking distance.

The bed was not comfortable, we had a couple pillows. They were small square ones and when we asked for extra ones, we did not receive them. The heater in our room was very loud and made a lot of noise throughout the night. We paid for parking and still got a ticket, the hotel said that they were going to pay for it. We’re still waiting to see if that happens.

Receptionist are very rude Last time I was in a critical situation and there was no friendly understanding The receptionist mentioned “victimization” I have been charged deposit several times

The staff was very friendly and very helpful . In particular the gentleman that checked us in and the young woman who helped us understand how breakfast worked.

Our throw pillow was dirty. Everything else was clean and comfortable

"Modern, clean hotel easy walking distance to the theater and downtown restaurants."

Proximity to theater and downtown was perfect! Friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant.

The only negative to the property was the marijuana smell in the vestibules going into the hotel.
