O hotel é ótimo, novinho, quarto e banheiro espaçoso, cama e roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade Os funcionários são ótimos, super atenciosos, sempre estão querendo agradar com todas informações necessárias. O restaurante é o café da manhã são ótimos, com variedades e tudo com uma aparência ótima.

A localização que fica um pouco afastado do centro, se vc está de carro não tem problema

Staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was modern, full of appliances and spotless.

There wasn’t something I disliked but maybe they could implement a little bit more options on the restaurant menu

Alla pari di un hotel a 4 stelle ma con un qualcosa in più che ti fa stare bene, ti senti subito in un ambiente piacevole con personale meraviglioso attento veramente alle tue esigenze, senti la vera ospitalità siciliana, che dire, siamo stati da recente e stiamo tornando nuovamente io e la mia compagna, il posto è veramente bello

Forse avrei messo uno specchio nelle camere per potersi guardare per intero prima di uscire, le donne saranno tutte d’accordo 😜

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They go the extra step to help their customers. The hotel had a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. The parking was very good. The neighborhood was very safe. The decor of Ollen is modern contemporary.

The grounds are well maintained. However the pool itself needed a little maintenance. The decking was a little loose. We had a Deluxe apartment. There was only one night table by our queen size bed.

Excellent throughout. Close enough to enjoy the city center (15mins by car) and beach (20mins by car), without getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of crowds. Exceptional staff, both caring and informative.

Everything was simply perfect! The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, special thanks to Eleonora and Giuseppe for the assistance. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, every bite felt like a treat!

My stay was short -I didn't like that! :D
