Location spot on. Lovely quirky property with nice simple clean room with lovely comfortable bed. Good showers and little kitchen which perfectly matched my needs. My motorcycle was securely parked in the auditorium of the downstairs concert room. Never parked my bike next to a mini grand piano before. Easy reach of good places to eat and sample the local beers. Thumbs up from me.

What's not to like. Clean simple unfussy. Just what I like and just what I needed.
