住宿費用在由布院相對便宜，裡面有兩房一和室，廁所兩個，浴室一個，屋內裡戶外有一個露天池（對害羞不敢去大眾池的人超推），整體而言推。

唯一美中不足的是提供的鍋具刮傷嚴重及白鐵鍋底部燒焦嚴重，廚房有一種濃郁的櫥櫃味不是很喜歡。

房間空間大又乾淨，內有浴室（有浴缸），外有泡湯池，有廚房，微波爐和洗衣機，超方便。

離鬧區和車站有點距離，若不是自己開車，要有心裡準備，但離金鱗湖很近。
