Nothing was good at the hotel worst stay

The room wasn't clean the bathrooms smells bad the staff had the worst attitude and racist the the food was bad at the restrant ,won't stay there even if it was free

Very nice room, friendly staff, we liked breakfast a lot.

Location is perfect, a supermarket is just right on the corner.

Few small details with staff communication but nothing serious.

nice kosher breakfast, many options, the menu changed a bit every day. the staff was friendly and helpful. umbrellas on loan at the front desk and a scale to weigh the suitcases with.

it was very warm in the rooms, had to turn off the heating. channels were mostly in Russian and Georgian which was surprising.

Size of the rooms are big and enough. Room is similar with the photos on the website.

Employees are not kind and most of the employees do not speak English. Two days before our check-in date, one of the employees called me and she said that we should change our booking dates since the hotel will be closed for the date we booked for. It was unbelievable and not professional.

The rooms are big enough, kids were happy.

The shower was leaking. Amenities was not filled enough. Breakfast was only with appetizers, hot food was not served. The waiter brough some warm food, but it was obvious from yesterday. I would not recommend this hotel for European visitors during the weekend.

The reception staff are very welcoming and helpful, Always smiling;) Hotel is clean and they have good food quality
