Only managed to have towel change, toilet paper and garbage bags supplied ONCE in 18 days, and only after strongly insisting for 4 consecutive days. Ivwas repeatedly told that I had to call Booking and get their written approvalcif ANYONE wanted to enter my apartment fot a short visit or coffee=absolutely ludicrous, unreasonable and abusive (I am 68 years old and have acquaintainces in Bogotá). There was no water at all for 2 12-hour periods during my stay with no forewarning, provisions, excuses or explanations. The bed was small, uncomfortable and had only a flimsy bedcover in a city very cold at night at 9,000 feet in elevation. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. I paid and rented a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, supporting photos and specified square footage supplied at the time of rental, but that was completely misleading as they locked all but one bedroom and bathroom since I was alone. That is outright misleading and a blatant lie. It would be a wonderful place to stay if we were treated like paying guests instead of 10-year old children. I will unfortunately never go there again.

Walking distance to Universidad de Los Andes

These are students residences. Not an appropriate substitute for a hotel on a business trip.

The hotel had a great location and clean rooms, making it a comfortable stay. One staff member at reception was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist me, which really improved my overall experience.

The hallways were very noisy on weekends, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, while some staff were professional, others were quite hostile, which was disappointing. A more consistently welcoming attitude from the team would have made the stay much better. Buy your own toilet paper.
