Modern yet rustic vibe, friendly staff. Roof top area with a great view. Sauna and steam room were a plus

Not much to be honest - just a smell of food can be found in the roof top terrace.

Exceptionally nice staff and service; great breakfast (à la carte & buffet); ideally located in a quiet street within the old town; our room was cozy, clean and spacious.

No downsides I could think of - we had a fantastic stay at the Puro Grand hotel and would choose it again for future visits to Palma.

Bed was very comfortable. Nice gestures in the room - such as a square of dark chocolate at night PJs folded A bracelet given during our stay Refillable water bottles
