Frühstück sehr gut. Personal mega freundlich

Keine Kleiderbügeel und die Kopfkissen sehr dick und hart.

Es ist alles noch im Umbau besonders Garage und Parkplatz vor dem Gebäude Katastrophe nicht gut geplant , Zimmer Service Katastrophe ganze Zeit nicht sauber gemacht , Frühstück preislich wie im Penthouse Auswahl garnicht zu teuer alles

Camera foarte frumos amenajata, destul de mare, si inafara de prima zi, cand am avut probleme cu caldura, in celelalte zile a fost ff calduroasa.

In prima zi, cand am ajuns, in jur de ora 12 ni s a spus ca una din camere e putin rece, dar se va incalzi in 30 min, am intrat in camera, erau 14 grade, am plecat pe partie, cand ne am intors, DUPA 7h, camera era tot rece. Nu se incalzise deloc, un singur incalzitor pe curent nu facea fata la toata camera, am plecat sa sesizez acest aspect receptiei, prima data au venit cu solutia sa puna un resou, lucru pe care l am refuzat categoric, nu am dat atatia bani sa stau incalzita de un resou, dupa lungi discutii si putina cearta, au mai montat un incalzitor, deabia dimineata urmatoare camera s a incalzit la nivelul in care se putea sta in ea. Celelalte zile ce au urmat, au fost foarte ok, dar prima zi, a fost un dezastru. Cu toate acestea, doamna de la receptie ne a oferit o masa gratis la restaurantul hotelului, in semn de scuze.

The rooms are pretty modern and relatively clean, but very small. The staff were nice and helpful as well.

Although they mention free parking available (and also that reservation is required) that is a lie. They have a small parking in the back (about 20 spots) that was typically full, and it was first come, first served, and reservation is pointless. We always ended up having to park it on the side of the road anyway. Lastly to reach the parking, you needed to go down 2 or 3 flights of stairs (lift is not functional yet), through the construction site, which was pretty unpleasant. The room was pretty cold, the insulation is terrible so the cold /wind was coming through the balcony windows. When we complained about the cold coming through the windows, they gave us some blankets to put by the window, which is pretty unacceptable given it’s not that inexpensive. There is zero noise proofing and you could hear absolutely everything happening outside and in the neighbouring rooms.

Personal unprofesionell… Eine Buchung mit "Frühstück inbegriffen" bedeutet, dass die Kosten dafür bereits im Zimmerpreis enthalten sind, und Sie dürfen es nicht separat bezahlen!! Aber in diesem Hotel haben Sie es uns gestrichen und wollten von uns 800 dinar pro Fruhstück😬extra😬

The facility was clean and comfortable and staff was excellent. Specifically Bianca was super supportive.

The breakfast was bad. Same spread and cold. I lost my appetite…
