Cute, quaint hotel with very friendly staff and an easy walk to all the fun downtown Ludington spots

Nothing jumps out

The history and location.

The bathtub and shower. The bathtub surfaces are chipping and needs refinishing extremely bad. The shower head is just plain is bad

Location

Beds were very uncomfortable and lack of coffee.

No breakfast serving, convenient to downtown, and restaurants nearby.

Beautiful, historic hotel. Updated while maintaining the essence of the time it was built (early 1900's). It will take you back in time while having the comfort of modern times. From the moment we stepped into the lobby we appreciated the throwback feel and beauty of yesteryear. Our room was gorgeous, spacious, and with a working gas fireplace. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The on-site bar was cool. Tropical decor and feel. Although, I wish the beer selection featured some of the local breweries. The ballroom is very nice as well. I just wish they would utilize the kitchen and offer breakfast and/or dinner. With that being said, there are plenty of places around to get meals. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants/bars/breweries. Also a short walk to the local Park which has a lighthouse. We will definitely be back.
