מיקום מצוין, קרוב לפארק המסילה ולנווה צדק, חדר האקזקיוטיב מרווח ונוח, אין רעש מהרחוב. המלון נקי מאד, ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת והבריכה על הגג היא גולת הכותרת. יחד עם עיסויים ברמה מקצועית זו בחירה מצויינת לזוגות.

חניה, כצפוי באזור, אלא בחניון יקר בהמשך הרחוב. מנועי המזגן קצת רועשים. כנראה תקלה נקודתית בוונטה בשירותים בחדר.
