לא אהבנו את ארוחת הבוקר, קבוע מראש. מעדיף בופה פתוח

בריכה נחמדה עם נוף יפה, חדר נקי, עיצוב מהמם, צוות מאוד שירותי ונעים.

ארוחת הבוקר בשבת בפער שונה מארוחת הבוקר באמצע שבוע. צריך לבחור מנה אחת- מתוך תפריט של סנדוויצ׳ים. ממש התאכזבתי ולא הייתי מוסיפה א בוקר אם הייתי יודעת שזה שונה

Terrible service from the hotel — it’s almost impossible to get an answer when calling. The food is unsatisfactory and there’s no variety. The air conditioners don’t work, and the room cleanliness is poor. Upon arrival, there is no courteous or friendly service; they don’t listen when you try to talk to them and explain your complaints. The service and marketing manager speaks condescendingly and disrespectfully — I will never come to this hotel again. There are plenty of better hotels in the area. The only positive thing is that the hotel is close to everything.

Great location and wonderful potential. Rooftop pool could be nice if wasn't such a mess.

Dirty, horrible service. No soap in the dispensers, hair on the floors, reception doesn't answer when called from the rooms, was promised something for our anniversary and received nothing, then committed again and still nothing. Not what you'd expect for the price and the 5* brand.
