The room was gorgeous and it smelled delicious, but it was on top of the hill and to go back up the stairs were a killer. They never explained that or the fact that there was no room service because of that. Mind you I stayed t the super luxe more expensive room that had which had no room service. The girls, Geovanna and Cleo are wonderful. They had no vegetable milk and Cleo had it made specially for me. I was underwhelmed by the famous beach and it was crazy hot, but at night it is fboulous. My room was too much for the beach resort that needs an update. Other than that quite nice overall

it has the most beautiful beaches , very friendly staff . nicely decorated bedrooms .Excellent breakfast.

The shower area needs updating. The road to the hotel was horrendous because they had a lot of rain before we arrived . It is a dirt road for almost one hour … but you don’t find very quite beautiful beaches at the end of a motorway. Book directly on WhatsApp, Bookings.com inflate the prices and don’t respond to e mails

Only the shower had a slight problem but the staff was receptive on fixing it

Nice place to a day use. Espelho beach is one of the most beautiful in Brazil. The hotel infrastructure for a day use is good. A little expensive but in the range of other places. However the lunch experience was terrible. The rice was cold. The octopus over cocked. And the worst - they asked us to schedule the lunch that would be more than efficient. We did. But the delay was about 1 hour. Much more than acceptable.

We spent a day there. Gorgeous setting, at the Praia dos Espelhos beachfront. Service was slow, but did not spoil the experience. We arrived by boat, a much better experience than using the available road.
