New build with clean rooms

The property is a glorified hostel as although the rooms are clean and new the 3 rooms share a common kitchen and dinning area. The construction of the house is poor for this purpose as the walls are very thin and whenever there is anyone in the common area you can hear everything that is happening. This becomes very frustrating when people are making breakfast at 6am, the room fills with the smell of whatever people are making in the common kitchen or when people are washing their dishes after 10pm. The property detail markets this as a B&B which is not correct and makes not mention of this common area. Therefore although the price is good you pay for it with the noise level and feel like you don’t have any private space. Would not have stayed here if this had been fully disclosed.

A lovely stay with a great breakfast. Our host was very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was wonderful. The outdoor patio also had a lovely view.

The View is stunning! The property was quite new - the room was large, comfortable, & clean. Guest kitchen and laundry facilities were modern and very appreciated. The host was helpful , letting us arrive a little early after a long flight.

Access was down stairs which may be a problem for people with poor mobility.

The location is perfect for viewing Mission Hills Winery and part of Okanagan Lake. Excellent breakfast with rich variety. The kitchen and laundry facilities are easy to use. The mattress is very comfortable. Elisbate is friendly and hospitable.

Breakfast was lovely, Elisbeta was very kind and accommodating to our earlier request for breakfast because of an early departure time for our flight.

The place was lovely, the only downside was other guests did not adhere to the quiet time rule between 11-7am and were pretty loud slamming the door in and out at 2am but I understand that can happen when it is a shared space. All around was a very nice place to stay. and I’d recommend it.
