Hampton Inn & Suites Marina

Facility was comfortable and staff its always friendly

We lost power for two hours and front desk seem to be clueless how to help

Convenient location, great breakfast, rooms were clean.

Visiting for my son’s graduation for the weekend so we had a couple of things to be refrigerated. The refrigerator was way too small and didn’t get very cold. The shower door only opened on one side so you had to get in closest to the toilet. In the second day the hotel lost power for a couple of hours and couldn’t shower and had to change our plans. Power did not return until after 8:00pm after I had to call and was not notified. Last negative was having to pay for parking daily with one vehicle on the premises.

Cleanest and friendliest in area

There used to be more options for oatmeal toppings such as nuts and dried cranberries. This time there were not.

It was clean and quiet.

Not much around the property, as far as shopping. There is a small Walmart across the street and a motel6 and Denny’s next door. About 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Monterey.

Fab spot just outside Monterey and close to a lovely beach.

Everything was great. Staff were awesome and helpful. Breakfast was also really good.
