"Great physical property for visitors in wheelchair😊"

The comfort & cleanliness of our room, as well as the friendly housekeeping staff were wonderful.. thankU!

The only improvement I say is vital is the addition of GRAB BARS in the bathroom (on at least one side of the commode). Because our room was deemed a HANDICAPPED room, a request for which we were grateful, grab bars in the BR are a MUST!

The sink in our room had an awful smell. Probably mold from the 3 holes overflow in the sink.

Frukosten var väldigt begränsad men man blev mätt. Kvinnan som arbetade med frukosten var mycket trevlig!

Personalen i receptionen vid både in och utcheckningen var nästintill otrevlig. Vi blev väldigt förvånade. De hälsade inte när vi kom och såg mest besvärade och trötta ut när vi interagerade med dem. Vid utcheckningen fick vi bara en trött blick samt frågan ”utcheckning?” och sedan lämnades korten över. Inget mer, inget mindre..

Piscina aquecida desativada. Sistema fora do ar na chegada e portanto sem chaves. Falta de produtos no cafe da manha, por exemplo suco de maça e laranja Falta de sabao liquido no banheiro da recepcao.

Close to the freeway.

They did not empty the trashcan out front consistently. It was full a lot. The Lady staff member who worked Saturday, was rude. Not just to me, but to pretty much everybody. All other staff, including housekeeping, was very nice. I also didn’t like that when I went to get breakfast on Sunday, it was so full, nowhere to sit.
