Larger rooms than Tokyo hotels. Comfortable shower and bed. Peter thomas Roth hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Toothbrush set available. Option for razor, etc from front desk. Has self laundry but machines fill up quick.! Breakfast was good with a mix of Japanese and western options.

The additional cost of $960 roughly that was added when we arrived although we had full paid & booked. In addition there was no discounts or any attempts from the staff to offer drinks or services to offset the price increase!

Das Personal war beim Zimmerwechsel extrem hilfreich, ebenso bei Reservierungen von Restaurants

Das Zimmer war nicht schön. Obwohl es ein Superior Zimmer sein sollte, hatte es ein Gitterfenster mit einem ganz schmalen Streifen durch den Tageslicht einfiel. Das ist sicher jein Superior Zimmer. Solches Zimmer sollte preisreduziert sein. Zimmer 24-27 sind absolut nicht enpfehlenswert!

Wonderful hotel in a very good location, close to shopping and Kyoto train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast box ( because of early tour, and no time for included breakfast ) was absolutely delicious.

Clean, easy to get to, great laundry facilities and a supply of drinking water was appreciated

Staff few in number and not as friendly as we have experienced elsewhere in Japan. Kids meals at dinner were very small and they were not full despite having two meals each. Breakfast was good though.
