"Pesada atención"

Me pidieron el dni para el registro, se cayó el ordenador y se quedaron con el dni y se les olvidó devolvérmelo y avisarme que estaba allí. No se han hecho cargo de la devolución ni han facilitado el envió, me he tenido que hacer cargo yo de la recogida de documento con empresa de mensajería.
