great location, near shopping street. near to don quijote and several convenience stores and restaurants. bright night life and very close to odori park as well. bathroom has good size! room is also spacious and comfortable. very clean very nice

Although still quite a walk to the Odori train station, it was a short distance to the dining and shopping street.

I didn’t realise that triple sharing for adults is allowed when I booked. It was suggested that I take 2 rooms for our family of 3.

Not the most polite hotel concierge's I've met. Not rude but not very welcoming Also the facility didn't have a laundry service or a laundrette which I find it a bit of a shame for such hotel.

Wyndham Diamond Member Review As the highest tier member (Diamond) for the Wyndham group I must say that this hotel appears to treat diamond members with contempt by not allowing members to book direct or matching 3rd party booking platforms such as Agoda. I can say that Wyndhams in Singapore, Australia, USA and Malaysia all honour diamond member benefits as well as honouring 3rd party platforms when brought to their attention. They are friendly and professional but the willingness to not assist is mind boggling! Meanwhile, I have just finished a short business trip in Singapore where they honoured the price on Agoda and ensured that all my Diamond benefits were provided including reward points. The Wyndham Sapporo hotel was also provided the correspondence by one of Wyndham's bests hotels in Singapore but they (Wyndhams Sapporo) couldn't care less and were just trying to flog me off to Wyndham's head office. This hotel is a disgrace to the Wyndham's brand. I have full intention to escalate this matter until an amicable resolution is achieved.
