The experience was amazing. We were lucky enough to have the place for ourselves, the service was excellent. Mi only complaint is that there were no pictures of the second bedroom and it was smaller than expected.

Whether it was helping us with our luggage to our cabin or providing recommendations for nearby hiking trails, their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. The propety and surroundings itself was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The small cabins offered plenty of privacy, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in nature without feeling crowded. In summary, our experience at Natubri Ecohotel exceeded all expectations. With its tranquil setting, attentive service, and array of amenities, it's the perfect destination for anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience. Can't wait to go back to this wondurfull place p.s. food was amazing!!!!!!

El spa del hotel, la comida, la atención, las instalaciones, levantarte con el canto de los pájaros, la escalada cumplieron con las expectativas del viaje. Vale la pena conocerlo y vivir esta experiencia inolvidable en familia con la mascota que también fue muy feliz. Quiero resaltar la atención de todas las personas del hotel, la persona que maneja el spa excelente, Roxana fue muy amable y nos acompaño en todo lo que necesitábamos, las señoras de la cocina lo hicieron perfecto, comida deliciosa y la mascota del hotel Azul el mas amoroso y tierno perrito. En fin volveria sin pensarlo, les recomiendo lo conozca vale totalmente la pena.

This is a very well designed hotel with great attention to detail and an excellent structure overlooking spectacular mountains. The food is excellent and ther is an unmissable open fire place. The owners and the staff are great. If you are looking for peace and being close to nature, this is the place for you!

Es un sitio muy agradable, con varias actividades para hacer en familia! La atención de todo el personal es excelente, siempre prestos a colaborar. Un detalle que no me gustó es que las habitaciones cuando uno viaja en familia están separadas y debe uno salir de la cabaña para ir a la habitación principal o al baño. El sitio tiene una vista espectacular, se respira tranquilidad y mucha paz, es rodeado de mucha naturaleza! Es muy divertido para niños ya que hay varias actividades... las caminatas tambien muy cheveres

Overall an amazing escape from Bogota. High quality cabins, amazing bed, shower, and views! The restaurant had delicious food options for even vegan & veggie. Lots of space and outdoor activities that are free you can do. There is a mini golf course, badminton, volleyball, football, Rana, board/card games, archery, and rock climbing! The staff was super lovely and kind. The breakfast was delicious and probably one of the best included breakfasts I ever had. Loved the French Toast.

There should definitely be more warnings about the road conditions getting to the place. There are several ways to get there but some a gravel roads and we should be warned especially if the car is smaller and how difficult those roads may be if it rains. Should also inform the guests of the diversity of weather in the area, I had to ask so I anticipated the rainstorms but others did not.
